Introducing Data Rollover for the Tello Unlimited plan
At Tello, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience smarter, simpler, and even more flexible. As a thank you for staying with Tello for more than 1 year, we’re excited to announce a new feature exclusively for our Unlimited Plan customers: your data now rolls over!
Life doesn’t always follow a predictable pattern. Sometimes you stream more than usual, other times you barely touch your phone. With Data Rollover, any unused data from your Unlimited plan now carries over to the next month, giving you even more freedom to use your data the way you want.
From now on, unused high-speed data from your Unlimited Plan will automatically roll over to the next month, so you can stack up more than 50 GB of high-speed data.
Zero effort required. Nothing to activate. Just more flexibility built right into your phone plan.

Things to consider
- Data Rollover is eligible for all the Tello Unlimited lines that have been active for more than 1 year.
- The rollover feature becomes available only if your Unlimited plan is currently active and has been for the last 6 months without interruptions.
- Unused high-speed data will roll over automatically each month to your next plan balance.
- You can roll over up to a maximum of 50 GB per month.
- You can accumulate up to 100 GB of high-speed data in your total monthly balance.
- Rollover works as long as your Unlimited Plan is active
- Your rollover balance will reset if you downgrade your plan, pause your service, or close your account.
- If any of the above changes occur, the rollover feature becomes available again only after 6 consecutive billing cycles on the Unlimited Plan, but previous rollover balances will not be restored.
- If you meet all of the above criteria, there is no action needed; Data Rollover will be enabled automatically.
You can check your total data balance in My Account, broken down into your current plan balance and your rolled-over data.
