What’s your #1 desire when it comes to your mobile carrier?
We’re always wondering: what do customers want from their mobile carriers?
Do they want low rates, do they long for friendly Customer Support agents, or do they simply want a fair service that gives them the chance to pay only for what they use? And since we didn’t want to wonder anymore and live in the dark, we decided to ask our customers a simple, but daring question: “What’s your #1 desire when it comes to mobile carriers?“.
Curiously or not, here are some of their answers:
As you can see, customers wish to receive from their mobile carriers various things that somehow revolve around a few basic principles:
- fairness
- transparency
- equity
- flexibility
- friendliness
Luckily for us, a new mobile carrier in the US, we still have the ability to incorporate their wishes into our services and products. Because we are new and our customer data base has yet to explode, we still have time to listen and care for any individual need. Therefore, many of the desires written by these customers are already a dream come true for Tello customers:

“Unlimited slow data (2G) and no overages…. affordable otherwise”
