Tello said my area has good cell service. The reality is that the cell service is not good in our area. They have misrepresented their service in my area.
For me, Tello was an unexpected surprise and the big guys have nothing on Tello! I came from one of the big guys about 3 months ago and have not looked back! I have twice what I had at about half the cost and so far, not even a hiccup! I had plenty of non-technical problems from where I was, severe problems! The Tello business model seems to prevent certain abuses that occur often with the big guys. I’m hoping that my experience with Tello doesn’t change after the first year like it did with my previous carrier. Something tells me I’m safe.

Only been with tello almost a month so far really great all around. Great deals on plans, awesome service I’m really liking how much im saving already to compared to my last Carrier.. way to go tello, please keep uo the great work and ill be a customer for life…
