I’d like to order both a replacement SIM and a NEW SIM for a friend. How do I order two cards?

You can order a replacement SIM from your own account, but your friend needs to order a new SIM from a different account together with picking a plan, checking if the device is compatible etc
These 2 actions can not be done from the same account.

Please be advised that Tello provides only phone service. Therefore, you can get a new phone number, you can buy a new phone and you can have phone service.
We do not offer home internet or Wi-Fi for home, unfortunately.

I’m purchasing the family plan, but can’t for the live of me figure out how to purchase 2 phones to go with the 2 family line package/plan.

Please be advised that with Tello each line is treated individually. Therefore, you will need to place two separate orders if you want to have 2 lines with 2 phones with Tello.
