How’s that possible? 

By adding us to your list of email contacts. 

The process is really easy and there are a few minor differences depending on your email service provider. Shortly, you’ll need to look out for things like ”Contacts” or “Address Book” and add us there. 

So, let’s explain in more detail how this should work. 

There are two methods to add Tello’s email address to your Contacts:

Method 1: Add Tello to your Contact List from an Email

📧 Gmail:

Open Gmail and log in to your account.

Go to your inbox and find an email from us. (Search for the entire email address: customerservice@tello.com or just Tello/Tello Mobile) 

On desktop: Hover on our name until you see our address (customerservice@tello.com). Click on the “Add to Contacts” icon. 

On Mobile: Tap on our avatar picture and then tap the “Add to Contacts” icon.

📧 Outlook:

Go to your inbox and find an email from us.

Right-click on our email address within the email.

Choose “Add to Outlook Contacts” from the dropdown menu.

📧 Yahoo Mail:

Go to your inbox and find an email from us.

Hover over our email address within the email.

Click on “Add to contacts” when it appears.

📧 Apple Mail:

Go to your inbox and find an email from us.

Click on our email address within the email.

Select “Add to Contacts” from the dropdown menu.

📧 Other Email Clients:

Open your email client and sign in.

Go to your inbox and find an email from us.

Look for an option to add us to your contacts or address book within the email.

Follow the steps indicated to complete the process.

Method 2: Add Tello to your Contact List from Contacts

📧 Gmail:

Open Gmail and navigate to “Contacts”. (on the left-hand side of the Gmail interface)

Click on “Create contact” or “+ Contact.”

Enter our email address and any additional details you want. (customerservice@tello.com) 

Click “Save” to add us to your contacts.

📧 Outlook:

Open Outlook and click on “Contacts” at the bottom left corner of the Outlook interface.

Click on “New Contact” at the top of the Contacts list.

Enter our email address and any additional details you want.

Click “Save” to add us to your contacts.

📧 Yahoo Mail:

Open Yahoo Mail and click on the “Contacts” icon on the top right corner.

Click on “Add a new contact.”

Enter our email address and any additional details you want.

Click “Save” to add us to your contacts.

📧 Apple Mail:

Open the Contacts app on your Apple device and click on the “+” icon to add a new contact.

Enter our email address and any additional details you want.

Click “Done” to save the contact.

📧 Other Email Clients:

Open your email client and look for an option to access your contacts or address book.

Click on “Add contact” or something similar.

Enter our email address and any additional information.

Save the contact to ensure our emails are delivered to your inbox.

By following these simple steps to add Tello to your contact list, you’ll ensure our emails always reach you. This way, you’ll always be updated with everything-Tello!
