I switched to Tello in May of 2021. I first thought the plan offered to me was too good to be true. I had been paying 3 times as much monthly before for a plan with less monthly data. The way their website was so well laid out gave me a lot of confidence. One of the most user-friendly web sites I have ever seen. I was not disappointed. Tello is making all the other carriers look bad. Why they gotta charge so much? And now they moved to a new and, by my experience, far better, network (better coverage). They’re killin it. Say ‘no’ to the fat cats. – Customer

I needed a cheaper plan with unlimited talk and text. This was the lowest plan I could find without any hidden costs or fees. I’ve never been disappointed and have had perfect service. This is an awesome plan and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I was very disappointed to learn that along with the increased data for the fee the slow data has completely disappeared. So only less than a week into the plan my data is completely gone. I can try upgrading in 3 weeks but I will need to find public options like Starbucks and Panera to look at my emails. I would have tried the upgraded plan of 5 gb but that might not be enough. I am so fed up that I am looking at other companies that still provide slow date when the fast date is used up.
