Tello’s 2018 in review
2018 was a pretty busy year and although January seemed like one looooong Monday altogether, a change of perspective could help cheer you up and get you excited for all that this new year has to bring.
Nothing gets you fired up and ready to take on those resolutions like the feeling that you’ve got this since you’ve achieved so much already.
Our ever-evolving long term resolution is to help people save money and provide a quality service. Hence, we gathered up some numbers, gave into our love of lists and decided to share with you last years’ biggest achievements.
👛 50K people saved with Tello
Did you know that more than 50k people used Tello Mobile to save on their cell phone bill month over month? That number makes our service a darling of flexibility and customer service and we’re extremely grateful to reach so many American households. Thanks for the trust!

💜 Referral Program Launch
May 2018 marked the launch of our Referral Program and we’ve been giving something back to our customers in terms of rewards, ever since. Up to this day, 3000+ people have used the program and – drum rolls – more than $19k worth of phone bills were paid with earned Tello Dollars.
In a nutshell, if you refer a friend to Tello, you both get $10 Tello Dollars to have and to hold ‘till a new phone bill comes along or crave a new phone from us. You can use your earnings – aka account credit – as you please. If you’re not using it by now or still have some questions about it, here’s a dedicated article just on that.

Was signing up for your service today and found the code for the S9 I purchased just to use with Tello. It is a new phone so I had to start it so it could hook up to your system. Went back to put in the code and your website wouldn’t let me. Ended up signing on again and was told my password was wrong. It wasn’t But I made a new password and was told it was wrong. Now I can’t figure out how to sign up. Can you help with this mess??? I would really like to try your service.
