- If you want to start off with a plan, you need to add as many minutes, texts, and data you think you’ll need for the next 30 days. No worries, you can always change it later by upgrading or downgrading your plan options.
- If Pay As You Go is what you need, you should simply select a value. Remember, with Pay As You Go credit you can call both US and international destinations. There’s no limit! You only need to check the rate/min for each country you’re calling. And, yes, if you’re wondering you can also use Data from the PAYG balance. Still, if you’re a heavy user, we advise you to go for a plan that will offer you better rates per MB.
Both are valid options and there’s no reason to give up your old phone just because you’re changing networks.
- If you have a relatively new device, then you’re safe. The process will run smoothly. Keep in mind that regardless of the phone brand you fancy, it should support voice over 4G (VoLTE). Our on-site compatibility checker will tell you if your phone is a match or not, so give it a try!
- Besides the bring your own phone option we offer, we also provide a handpicked list of phones. They are either new or refurbished, as shown on the description page and can be brought to Tello in the blink of an eye.
Let’s say you went through to checkout, finalized the order and submitted the payment. Now what? Now you have to activate your phone (old phone or new phone, once you get it in the mail).
