Does service have to be started right away? I just paid for another month service with another provider. I would like to join Tello at these promo rates but not have the billing period or service start until the end of the month. Is that possible?
Actually, not really. If you want this deal, you have to hurry and catch these offers as they are, there is not much we can do related to the start of the billing cycle.
I think you need to include PAYG customers who signed up with you 1 year ago. Business is business and you need to celebrate all of your loyal customers.

The 25% off is just for any plan over $15 that is changed/renewed/purchased for the first time between May 5th – May 8th, 2017.
